I'm glad you grind the flaxseeds. Otherwise you will miss out on most of the omega-3 and protein in them! You should make sure to add "ground" to the recipe.

Your dip will have to be for smearing in a collard wrap, a dollop on top of my roasted vegetables, or a dip for veggies. We dont eat any kind of pasta nowadays. If we were to choose a type of pasta, it would have to be a lentil pasta without other ingredients like corn, rice, or wheat. This cant be called oil free dip, the calories in nuts are their oils and toasting or warming them bring out their natural oils! So this video should be tiled no extra oil added. Thank you for sharing. ❤

I have developed awful digestive issues..i.e. Bloating, cramping, gas. Been low fat whole food plant based for 7 years.. Not sure what to do. Need the protein from beans legumes.. Ugh..

One tablespoon of ground flaxseed contains 37 calories and 2 grams of polyunsaturated fat, including omega-3 fatty acids, 0.5 grams of monounsaturated fat and 2 grams of dietary fiber. 1/2 cup = 8 tablespoons ... you will be shitting your guts out...

I made today oats breakfast; at night i soaked almonds, walnuts, cashew then seperate bowl in which one piece of fig , raisins,dates , chia seeds , sunflower seeds and flaxseeds ❤ then cooked it with oats it was delicious
